Can I watch movies on Smartbox that are still in movie theaters and live sports?

Yes! All streams originate online and are available to anyone with internet.

Is the internet needed to use my Smartbox?

Yes, you need a minimum connection of 10 MB for optimal performance

Does the Smartbox have to be visible or can it be hidden behind the television?

It can be hidden behind any TV mounted on the wall, so cables can not be seen!

How many tvs does my smartbox work with?

The smartbox only connects to a tv.

Can I use my existing paid subscription applications, such as Netflix, Hulu +, Crackle, Pandora, Slacker and more?


Can my Smartbox work away from home?

Yes. As long as you take it with you, you have an Internet connection with download speeds of at least 10 mbps, so that it works correctly.

Can I access all my social networking applications, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Skype, and much more?

Yes.

Smartbox is legal?

Yes. Smartbox simply uses streaming TV, such as Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, etc.

Do I have to update the contents of my SmartBox?

No. All content is automatically updated, so you do not have to.

Is the Smartbox guaranteed?

Yes. SmartBox offers a 6-month FREE warranty, but does not cover accidental damage.
